3) Orders & Contract
- Placing an order/rental is an offer; confirmation (email/SMS/call or invoice) constitutes acceptance.
- Product images/specifications on the Site are for guidance; minor variations may occur.
- We may limit quantities or cancel due to stock issues, pricing errors, or verification concerns.
4) Pricing, Fees & Taxes
- Prices are shown in BDT and may change without prior notice until an order is confirmed.
- VAT/Taxes, delivery/installation fees, deposit (for rentals), and service charges may apply and will be shown before payment.
5) Payments
- We accept secure online/offline methods (e.g., card, mobile wallets, bank transfer, cash on delivery where supported).
- Payments are processed via trusted gateways; we do not store full card/wallet credentials.
- Suspicious or high‑risk transactions may be held for verification or cancelled.
6) Shipping, Delivery & Title
- Delivery timelines are estimates; delays can occur due to logistics or circumstances beyond our control.
- Risk of loss passes on delivery; for rentals, devices remain our property at all times.
- Please inspect on delivery and report issues within 24 hours.
7) Installation, Training & Use
- Where applicable, our team will install and demonstrate correct use and basic maintenance.
- You are responsible for following manuals, physician guidance, and safety instructions.

8) Rentals (If applicable)
- Rental requires valid ID and contact details; a refundable security deposit may apply.
- Billing is calculated per agreed period; late returns may incur additional charges.
- Damage, loss, or misuse beyond normal wear may be chargeable.
9) Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

- You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and for activities under your account.
- Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
13) Intellectual Property
All content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, product images, documentation) is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable IP laws. No rights are granted except as necessary to use the Site to evaluate or purchase our products and services.
14) Prohibited Uses
- Reselling or renting purchased items without permission (except normal consumer resale).
- Bypassing device safety features, or using devices beyond prescribed/approved use.
