This Policy covers returns, exchanges, and refunds for purchases and rentals made through our Site and support channels. Please read together with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
2) Eligibility & Condition of Items
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in as‑received condition with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.
- Any free gifts or bundled items must be returned as well.
- We may require unboxing photos/videos for DOA (dead‑on‑arrival) claims.
3) Non‑Returnable Items
- Hygiene/medical consumables once opened (e.g., masks, cannulas, tubing, filters)
- Software, downloadable items, or activation codes
- Customized or specially ordered items
- Items damaged, missing parts, or showing signs of use beyond inspection
4) Return Window & DOA (Dead‑on‑Arrival)
- Standard return window: 2 days from delivery
- DOA or major defect must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos.
- After the return window, issues are handled under warranty (see Section 9).
5) How to Start a Return/Exchange

- Pre‑check: our team may advise basic troubleshooting.
- Approval & RMA: if eligible, we’ll issue instructions and return authorization.
- Pack items safely: include all accessories, manuals, and invoice/receipt.
- Pickup or drop‑off: we’ll arrange courier pickup or provide drop‑off details.
- Inspection: items are checked at our service center before refund/exchange.
6) Refund Method & Timeline
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method (card, mobile wallet, bank) where possible.
- Once approved, refunds typically reflect within 3–10 business days depending on your bank/gateway.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) returns are refunded via bank transfer or store credit.
- Shipping, installation, and handling fees are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error.
7) Deductions & Fees (if applicable)
- If an item is returned incomplete or used beyond inspection, a restocking fee may apply.
- Missing accessories, damaged packaging, or cleaning required may be deducted from the refund.
- Where free shipping was provided, we may deduct the actual shipping cost from the refund (unless the return is due to our error).
8) Exchange Policy
Where stock permits, we can offer a like‑for‑like exchange within the return window. Price differences (upgrades/downgrades) will be adjusted accordingly.
9) Warranty Claims vs Returns
After the return window ends, product issues are typically handled under the manufacturer warranty. We will help coordinate diagnosis and service with authorized centers.
10) Rentals (If applicable)
- Rental fees for the period used are non‑refundable.
- Security deposit (if any) is refunded after inspection of the returned device and accessories.
- Consumables used during rental (e.g., filters, tubing) are non‑returnable once opened.
11) Cancellations
- Before shipment: full refund to the original method.
- After shipment: please follow the return process once the item is delivered.
- Refused delivery may be treated as a return; applicable shipping/handling will be deducted.
12) Courier Damage or Loss
If packaging appears damaged, you may refuse delivery and contact us immediately. Report transit damage within 24 hours with photos of the box, labels, and product.
13) Exceptions & Special Cases
Bulk orders, special orders, and clearance/final‑sale items may be non‑returnable or require management approval. Such conditions will be communicated at the time of purchase.
